JON CLAY (26-6-63)

Lives near Leeds. Married to Danielle. They have two children. Clay is an all-round racing cyclist. He followed his mother, who was a grass track rider, into cycling. Clay has been a national Time Trial and Track champion and this year finished runner up in the National Road Race Championship. In 1998 he was a member of the Team Pursuit that won silver at the Commonwealth Games and finished fifth at the World Championships the same year. He is a former Yellow Jersey holder in the Milk Race. He has been selected as a member Team Pursuit squad
